Shipping And Handling

We routinely deliver to the UK only.

DELIVERIES TO IRELAND, ISLE OF MAN, ISLE OF WIGHT AND THE SCOTTISH ISLANDS INCUR AN ADDITIONAL DELIVERY CHARGE OF £10 + VAT FOR COURIER DELIVERY.

Delivery is charged according to the weight of an order for the majority of items. Some bulkier items such as dog and cat carriers, cages, litter trays bags of food,etc will incur a higher delivery charge.

Postage and delivery charges will be automatically calculated for you when you compile your order.

Parcels up to 1kg will be sent by second class post. Parcels above this weight will be sent by courier and will require a signature on delivery. The customer will be liable for any further charges from the courier if the parcel cannot be delivered and has to be returned to us.

Delivery Schedule

We aim to develop our product range in association with a major national distributor.

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days but out of stock items may take a little longer. We will let you know if there is going to be a delay in getting an item to you by e mailing you.

NON DELIVERY OF GOODS: If your order does not arrive within 7 days (excluding weekends), contact us by email, phone or fax. We will investigate the non-delivery with the carrier, and notify you of the situation.

Back Orders: If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
